AMF Bakery Systems: Bringing NASA technology to baking

The patented coating technology improves the thermal efficiency of an oven, saving about 20% of oven fuel by working to absorb and radiate heat. The technology was actually developed by NASA to protect the shuttle but AMF owns patents for use in bakery.
