The Salted Caramel Jewel Bar is a gluten-free traybake that features a buttery oat shortbread base topped with a thick layer of chewy caramel and a hint of sea salt. The whole is tantalisingly crowned with freeze-dried raspberries, pumpkin seeds and pieces of artisanal dark chocolate.
