Duravant has signed an agreement to acquire Key Technology, which designs and manufactures digital sorting, inspection, conveying and processing equipment.
Key Technology has launched the Prism2, the second generation of
its sorting equipment technology, designed to ensure quality
standards in a range of solid food applications.
