Developed by IBIE and sponsored by the California-based industrial baking ingredients manufacturer Bellarise, IBIELive is a multimedia platform featuring interviews with exhibitors on the show floor, product demos, special reports, and highlights from key IBIE 2016 events and education programming.
Walt Postelwait, President of Pak Group, which owns the Bellarise brand, spoke about the company’s vision for IBIELive: “As we unveil a series of innovative products ranging from organic gluten replacers and DATEM replacers to industry-leading yeast products and dough conditioners, we needed to activate our presence at IBIE 2016 in a way that reflects our position in the market and resonates with our stakeholders,” he said.
