Cargill: Reducing sodium and saturated fats

Two of Cargill’s top food scientists will be at the IBIE to discuss two new product lines: Potassium Pro Plus for sodium reduction of up to 50%, and Regal shortenings with no hydrogenated oils and 20% less saturated fats than most palm oil-based shortenings. Prototypes using both ingredients will be available.
