Think triangles and win $15,000 and $250,000

Doritos Atlanta Triangle Tracker OOH

Doritos is taking its iconic triangular shape to another level with Triangle Tracker, a nationwide hunt for real-world triangles to unlock exclusive experiences and rewards.

There are two ways to participate:

Doritos triangle tracker

Tracking Triangles on Snapchat: The first-of-its-kind Snapchat AR lens allows fans to scan the triangles they come across in everyday life. Simply point and snap – including the triangles on Doritos bags – and the wizardry tech will turn it into Doritos. Snapchat will generate a code and send Snapchatters to the site to claim their prize, including Doritos swag; merch from Guess, Vivid Seats and Xbox; tickets to the 2023 VMAs; or the $250,000 grand prize.

Weekly TikTok challenge: This is not about luck: Doritos wants triangle trackers to be bold. Only those who find the coolest and most creative triangles – posting their video submission on TikTok tagging @Doritos #DoritosTriangleTracker #Contest – will take home the weekly $15,000 bounty. Doritos will drop new challenges every Wednesday until mid-September.

The PepsiCo Frito-Lay brand is making it even easier for fans to participate by taking over famous triangular landmarks in New York (West 57th Street), Atlanta (101 Marietta) and Memphis, Tennessee (Bas Pro Shop).

“Doritos has always been known for its iconic, bold flavours, but this year we’re leaning into another part of Doritos: its iconic triangular shape,” said Stacy Taffet, senior VP of marketing at Frito-Lay North America.

“What better way to engage our creative fanbase than by encouraging them to think of Doritos whenever they see a triangle in the real world?”

The fun doesn’t stop there. Doritos is taking the hunt for triangles virtual on the brand-new Doritos Triangle Island, created in Fortnite Creative mode, with hours of gameplay on Nacho Usual Spleef, Spicy Sweet Chiliwars and Doritos Crash Couple Deathrun, and hidden Easter eggs. Doritos also partnered with StreamElements to develop a first-of-its-kind AI TriangleBot, which allows streamers to replace the triangles in all of their favourite games with Doritos chips.

Sup on cereal and win $5,000

Kellogg_Company_for_Dinner

With the summer rays disappearing fast, the season of routine is returning – carpools, parent teach conferences, homework, and the oft-dreaded ‘what’s for dinner’ debate.

Breakfast cereal giant Kellogg is giving families a chance to win $5,000 by simply swapping in cereal for dinner. It’s not as crazy as it seems at first glance. Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, Foot Loops and Frosted Mini-Wheats are packed with essential vitamins and minerals, is quick and convenient for time-poor parents, and inexpensive, especially helpful in this inflationary environment. In fact, a serving of Kellogg’s cereal, ¾ cup milk and 4oz of strawberries, banana or apple comes in at less than $11, based on average costs by Nielsen (July 2022).

“Kellogg’s cereals shine as stars of the breakfast table, but morning isn’t the only time cereal can bring the fun,” said Sadie Garcia, director of Brand Marketing at Kellogg All Family Cereal.

“Cereal for dinner is a low-prep, low-mess and low-price meal option, so you can spend less time cooking and cleaning and more quality time with your loved ones every week.”

Once a week, leading up to National Breakfast Day (26 September), one lucky American family who share their cereal supper on Instagram with #KelloggsCerealforDinnerEntry will win $5,000. Each week the entry pool restarts, giving you five chances to grab the pot.

GoGo squeeZ – the official fruit snack of US Men’s and Women’s Soccer – is inviting soccer fans to GoGo Cheer with social content starring soccer icon Mia Hamm, Olympic Gold medallist Sydney Leroux and former USMNT player Clint Dempsey to win game day party essentials.

In one-on-one interviews, Hamm, Leroux and Dempsey encourage ‘stopping the ball’ to create meaningful moments to cheer others on, to encourage the next gen of players and to underscore the importance of family.

The brand is also hosting sweepstakes – open to 14 November – giving one lucky fan the chance to win a 65" LED 4K Smart TV, a US Men’s team soccer jersey and 25 GoGo Cheer watch party kits. An addition 25 winners will receive swag, including US Men’s team scarves, ballcaps and backpacks.

The social content and sweepstakes underpin the MOM Group brand’s mission to be a beacon of nurture – supporting kids of all ages to live in a healthier, happier and more sustainable world.

All competitions are open to US residents only.

“At GoGo squeeZ, we know so much goes into raising happy and healthy kids. It’s the food they eat, it’s the happiness they get from being part of a team and it’s the self-confidence they develop through the encouragement of those around them,” said Mark Anthony Edmonson, GoGo squeeZ chief marketing officer.

“In these moments of nurture, on and off the field, we want to empower family members to ‘stop the ball’ in their own lives, take a moment to connect and cheer each other on.”
