CMB Engineering creates head of quality role

CMB Engineering has named Alan Grogan to its newly created role of head of quality

Grogan has been appointed to focus on optimising the business using an integrated management approach and implementing tools designed to meet needs of customers and employees.   

He began working on the shop floor of LG Philips Displays developing experience in Process and Project Engineering.

He has held senior roles in quality management at De La Rue Security Threads, BAE Systems, Ultra Electronics and Precision Polymer Engineering.

“The opportunity to join CMB Engineering was of great interest – not just because of the knowledge and experience I will bring to the role, but because of the company’s proud history of developing people throughout their careers,”​ said Grogan.
