Americk Packaging has appointed Josephine Morgan as group retail director following 12 years with Graphic Packaging International (previously Benson Group) in a similar role.
Patrick Doran, CEO, Americk Packaging said the announcement comes at an exciting time as the business operates from six sites with specialist expertise in cartons, produce packaging, flexibles, reel-fed labels and self-adhesive label manufacturing.
It now wants to bring all its operations under a single brand identity to capitalize on its strengths and collective expertise.
“Americk Packaging has grown phenomenally over recent years through building a strong product portfolio,” said Morgan.
“I am excited to start a new challenge and look forward to being involved in creating a more strategic approach and further developing the innovative packaging solutions the Group can offer.”
Americk Packaging expect to hit €140m in sales revenue this year and are continually releasing products and innovations to a variety of sectors. Key customers operate in the beverage, food, dairy, household, healthcare, pet care and horticulture markets.
