UK company ADCO Manufacturing will launch a number of new machines at Pack Expo, which is being held in Chicago, 3 to 7 November.ADCO will demonstrate a broad range of its engineering capabilities, from entry level machines to high tech servo cartoners & indexers featuring the latest advances in controls and manufacturing technology.
The 15DZ offers three elements that will appeal to any packager: a compact footprint, a wide standard size range, and a very affordable price. The 15DZ features the innovative "twist" carton feeder, 3230mm long stainless steel frame, metric construction, and a 1220mm long load table.
The CS-80 Wrap-Around Sleever is designed to handle single-count products that are typically contained in rectangular, oval, or round plastic trays or tubs. The CS-80 features a compact stainless steel frame, lugless random infeed section, servo powered feeder and transfer sections, and fast 5-minute tool-less size changeovers. The machine has been designed to run up to 80 sleeves per minute and can run both full and partial length sleeves.
Also, one of ADCO's new servo powered sachet machine will be displayed in America for the first time. This machine can produce sachets in either single or multiple lane formats and can be used to fill powders, sauces, liquids, solid products or wet-wipes into four side sealed sachets.
Finally, ADCO will showcase its in house engineering and design capabilities with a servo powered paddle-style product accumulator/indexer. The system is capable of running up to 300 ppm and can index multiple product types and counts and features quick and easy automatic changeovers.
