According to EverGrain, recent scientific in-vitro trials showed EverPro to have one of the highest protein true digestibility scores and plant-protein DIAAS scores, as well as one of the fastest protein absorption speeds as compared with whey, soy and premium pea.
It ranks high in absorption and digestibility, and offers great taste and texture in protein fortified products.
Plus, because it’s made from BSG, it emits lower carbon and uses significantly less land and water. In fact, it’s punted as one of the most sustainable proteins on the planet and is certified by the Upcycled Food Association. EverPro is also Non-GMO Project Verified.
Beyond anything currently on the market
“The EverPro protein isolate is the key ingredient in our SolvPro 008 and 009 systems, in combination with pea protein isolate and with added masking agents, this new system delivers a complete plant protein with adequate levels of all the essential amino acids to deliver a PDCAAS of 1.0, equivalent to whey protein isolates,” said Bill Dickinson, Osage president.
“This system allows for a very high usage level and protein levels beyond anything currently on the market (>30 grams per serving) with no thick viscosity, chalkiness or off flavours.”
