ADCO launches budget cartoner

ADCO Manufacturing, based in both the UK and US, has announced the launch of its hand load cartoner, the ADCO 15DZ, to complement its existing range of horizontal cartoners.
The company has already supplied around 450 of the 15D-105 hand load machine to customers globally. However, it has now realised a requirement for lower operational speeds, a more modest specification and smaller footprint, which is the reason it has designed 15DZ.
The new machine is constructed from stainless steel, with a pressurised glue system as standard. The maximum speed is 60 cartons per minute, with a 1.2-metre long product load table providing room for up to two operators.
The carton size range is the same as for the 15D-105.
The ADCO 15DZ is targeted mainly at smaller food production companies with lower speed requirements, less room and a limited budget.
