Sainsbury’s to ‘simplify’ instore bakery service

The UK supermarket giant has announced plans to axe 200 cafes, end its hot food range in 34 stores and ‘re-evaluate’ its bakery counter setup in 54 stores – putting more than 2,000 jobs at risk.
