Kaffe Bueno is a Danish biotechnology company using coffee grounds and green chemistry as a platform to produce ingredients for functional foods & beverages, nutraceuticals and cosmetics.

Kaffe Bueno Oil, the lipid fraction of coffee, serves the food industry as a clean label natural flavour with emulsifying and shelf-life-enhancing properties. KAFFIBRE, the first upcycled coffee flour, serves as a malt susbstitute with multiple added benefits in bakery, confectionery, sports nutrition and snacks.
