Oterra launches extended caramel range
Natural color producer Oterra has announced the launch of its extended caramel range.
In May 2021, Oterra announced its acquisition of SECNA Natural Ingredients Group S.L., one of the largest producers of color from caramelized sugar. Following the integration of SECNA into its portfolio, Oterra has now added a full range of caramel products.
Oterra’s caramel range covers caramelized sugar, all four classes of caramel colors, and is available in liquid and powder forms.
The extended range, available in an assortment of strengths, makes it suitable for use in a range of applications, including dairy, beverages, bakery, and confectionery, amongst others.
All products are fully certified and accredited, including Non-GMO, Halal and Kosher, as well as Low 4-MEI options.
