The free webinar, sponsored by IFF, will take place on Thursday 18 March at 1pm (GMT London).
Here, the panellists will take a deep dive into what healthy and clean label means for the baking industry and its consumers, how manufacturers, retailers and suppliers can tap into it, and whether it’s possible to reformulate to make products healthier while keeping things clean label.
What’s more, those tuning in will have the opportunity to put their burning questions to the panel of experts as part of a live Q&A.
