Vegan roast wild mushroom, leek & sage pie
A plant-based pot pie packed with duxelles of roasted wild mushrooms, wrapped in leek and sage stuffing and accompanied by a roasted mushroom gravy. This pie comes from Noble House Prepared, with its kitchen headed up by Gordon Ramsay executive chef alum, Owen Sullivan. Make your own Scotch pie kit
