Five market leaders in the bakery industry have joined forces to launch the very first virtual trade show for industrial bakery professionals later this month.

Bakery ingredients provider Zeelandia, bakery systems manufacturer Rademaker, automation supplier Bakon, flooring specialist Bolidt and cooling expert Koma are hosting the Industrial Bakery Experience, which goes live on 27 January and runs until the end of April 2021.

The second Covid-19 wave is unfortunately keeping a firm grip on the world, with massive consequences for the trade fairs and events within the bakery industry.

Developed in response to social distancing restrictions, the Dutch bakery consortium has created a digital format that brings the community together to be brought up to date on current industry news and discover innovative ideas on how to survive the unprecedented challenges thrown up by the pandemic.

Industrial Bakery Experience is a virtual meeting place where bakery professionals will be able to network; debate today’s issues; get insight into market data and trends; discover new products and industrial production processes; and attend key presentations from some of the world’s top-ranking experts.

A new theme will be tackled every second week, backed up with a live event, to discuss issues ranging from remote support; to products for inspiration; technology support for long shelf-life products; and frozen confectionery and dough; as well as hygiene; sustainability; and product automation.

Furthermore, it is an opportunity to get in touch with colleagues and have fun.

To attend, send an email to vasb@vaqhfgevnyonxrelrkcrevrapr.pbz to receive a personal invitation.
