Made for Drink has signed a 2½-year deal with Saracens Womens, the current Tyrrells Premier 15s champions, which celebrated its 30th anniversary last year.

This partnership – Made for Drink’s first formal sports sponsorship agreement – is expected to significantly increase the awareness of both brands.

"This is a game-changing partnership for Made For Drink and Saracens Women,” said Daniel Featherstone, founder of Made for Drink.

“Our business is all about bringing people together in the perfect moment, fuelled by a commitment to excellence, family and a pioneering spirit.

“Saracens Women wholly embody this. They are exceptional in the way they operate, the results they deliver, and the people and players involved.

“The changing room and club house post-match is also where our products belong. That time when you and those closest to you have done your best and have the opportunity to enjoy the moment."

Leaders in their fields

Added Laura Eddie, Saracens’ director of Women’s Sport, “Like us, Made for Drink believe in making memories on and off the pitch. It’s great to be working with a partner that shares our desire to be leaders in our field.

“This partnership is another positive step forward for Saracens Women and highlights Saracens’ commitment to the continued development of the Women’s team.”

Saracens Women was formed in 1989 and has subsequently secured 14 League titles and 10 Cup triumphs. In 2014, Saracens Women said goodbye to their home of Bramley Road and started playing at Allianz Park, becoming the first women’s side to play alongside their male Premiership counterparts on a state-of-the-art artificial turf pitch.

Made For Drink snacks will be available to buy at Allianz Park, London, on Saracens Women and Saracens Men matchdays, and are also available in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Fortnum & Mason, Harvey Nichols, Daylesford Organic, Ocado and online.
