The company has developed the next generation of clean label, easy-to-use egg-free glazes that give both sweet and savory baked goods a non-sticky, long lasting shine.
Unishine Plus, Emulshine Extra and Emulshine Extra Sugar Free do not contain e-numbers, palm oil or trans fats and are also free of preservatives and genetically modified ingredients.
Unishine Plus – applied in fine droplets or with a brush or roll – also contains less than 1% sugar and is vegan.
The product will reduce time spent on cleaning as there is no oil film left behind on baking trays or spraying equipment.
Emulshine Extra and Emulshine Extra Sugar Free can be applied before or after proofing, freezing or baking.
All three glazes have a nine months ambient shelf life before opening.
