Ex PepsiCo exec appointed to lead pladis’ new Customer team

McVitie’s and Jacob’s maker pladis has announced it has appointed Scott Snell as vice president of Customer for pladis UK & Ireland (UK&I).

Snell will lead the Customer team created to ensure the global snacking company’s clients are at the heart of all sales activity. 

Snell has over 20 years’ experience in the food and drink industry, having previously worked at PepsiCo as general manager for Naked Juice UK and Mondelēz as managing director of Norway, and most recently as sales director of Impulse Sales.

“I am thrilled to be joining pladis. The entrepreneurial spirit makes it an exciting place to work and I’m looking forward to pushing the boundaries on traditional thinking and working alongside such high performing and motivated teams,” ​said Snell.

“This is a key leadership appointment which will enable us to successfully transition to new ways of working and bring a further competitive advantage,”​ added Nick Bunker, MD of pladis UK&I.
