AB Mauri’s range of Gluten Free Mixes has been certified by Coeliac UK and is now licensed to carry the Crossed Grain symbol.

The Crossed Grain symbol is promoted by celiac organizations worldwide and instantly recognized by those who follow a gluten-free diet.
