Agro Sevilla and RPC create a multilayer plastic jar for olives
Agro Sevilla has partnered with RPC Promens Consumer Corby, to create a 2 litre multilayer plastic jar for olives.
The PEP jar is manufactured in polypropylene with an EVOH layer to protect products from oxygen ingress for an extended ambient shelf life.
It claims the jar is easy to handle and store and completely airtight for pasteurisation and sterilisation to guarantee the flavour, freshness and safety of the olives throughout their shelf life.
Agro Sevilla group is one of Spain’s largest producers and exporters of table olives, and one of the main exporters of olive oil, supplying to over 75 countries worldwide. The company has factories in Spain and Chile and distribution subsidiaries in the US and Italy.
