Nu-Tek brings tabletop sea salt replacer to Europe
Industrial use of Nu-Tek’s salt replacer has soared in Europe, prompting a strategy to roll out its tabletop version in major European retailers.
It will introduce its ‘salt for life’ 70% reduced sea salt product to large retailers and health stores across Europe in the next two months. The table top salt replacer is already available in the US.
Nu-Tek introduced its industrial version of the salt replacer across Europe in October last year.
“The launch of ‘salt for life’ table top was driven by the demand from retailers. A lot of retailers are asking for it,” said John Musselman, senior director of international business at Nu-Tek.
“It would be a perfect salt replacer for chefs, schools, take-away restaurants and quick service restaurants (QSRs). There are tons of opportunities,” he said.
