Brillopak has moved into new premises as part of its continuing expansion plans to enable a quick response to orders.

The automated packaging and palletising systems firm has moved to the 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility in East Peckham, UK.

Equipment is designed for production environments that deal with varying order sizes, widening product portfolios and ever more stringent regulations, helping to increase output, reduce costs and eliminate waste, said the firm.

Specialist design and manufacturing teams will be based at the site and the company said it aims to maximise design efficiency and building of new systems and machines through lean manufacturing.

“Lean concepts are a key part of the complete end of line solutions that we develop for our customers in order to deliver overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce total cost of ownership, so we felt it was important to demonstrate the same approach in the creation of our machines,” said Brillopak director David Jahn.
