CPA announces change of president
The Contract Packaging Association (CPA) has appointed a new president after his predecessor sold his company and exited the industry.

Chris Nutley, president of MSW Packaging, has been appointed CPA president until 30 June and replaces Joe Jaruszewski.

John Mazelin, vice president of business development at Accu-tec, Inc., will fill the post of CPA vice president.

Jaruszewski, president and co-founder of Market Resource Packaging, tendered his resignation after selling the business to IAM Acquisition LLC earlier this year.

Nutley said: “The significance of Joe’s contributions to the Contract Packaging Association, and its members, will not be fully realized for quite some time.

“He has tremendous ability to identify potential areas of growth for our industry, and the sensibility to articulate how contract packagers, from all areas of concentration, may benefit.”
