WS Packaging Group acquires Consolidated Products
WS Packaging said Consolidated Products will fit into its IMPACT Business System, an approach that demonstrates and applies change positively impacting the company, employees, and customers.
The firm specialises in printing and label converting in North America, operating 18 manufacturing facilities and serving the food and beverage sectors.
Consolidated Products manufactures flexo, digital and domed labels, markets thermal transfer printers, ribbons and automation equipment and provides turnkey RFID and warehouse management solutions.
Rex Lane, WS Packaging chief executive officer described the deal as a ‘win-win’ situation.
