US packaging provider expands end of line portfolio
Packaging machinery provider Pro Mach has expanded its end of line business unit with the acquisition of Edson Packaging Machinery.
Edson will join Pro Mach’s end of line portfolio in providing equipment and integrated packaging solutions to sectors including the food and beverage market.
US-based Pro Mach provides equipment, training, installation and parts in primary packaging, end-of-line packaging, and identification and tracking.
Edson specialise in packaging equipment, parts and service in the paper converting and carton industry.
"Edson has talented people and innovative solutions that complement our extensive end-of-line capabilities,” said Pro Mach CEO and president Mark Anderson.
“We will continue to expand our capabilities and strengthen our position as a world leader in packaging machinery, integrated solutions and customer service excellence."
