Allied Bakeries boss reveals what it takes to be leader of the pack

Allied Bakeries operations director, Nick Law, tells what makes a good manager. In an age of skills shortages, Law tells Mike Stones that the company looks for leaders, who drive staff to achieve more at a higher level collectively than as a "group of individuals".

"If we didn't have the great people we do in our business, we wouldn't be delivering the service levels we do; the quality of Kingsmill bread. Really, they rise above all the challenges that our industry gives us and really deliver," ​Law says.
