Nordson Corp completes Verbruggen acquisition
Nordson Corp said today it had completed its takeover of Belgian flexible equipment manufacturer Verbruggen.
The US-based company announced earlier this week it had reached an agreement to buy Verbruggen NV, a manufacturer of flat dies and coextrusion equipment for the multi-layer flexible packaging sector.
No financial details were disclosed.
Nordson revealed it had targeted the Temse firm in order to gain a foothold in the flexible packaging market.
