Plastic Packaging Tech acquired by Mid Oaks
Plastic Packaging Technologies (PPT) has been purchased by US firm Mid Oaks Investments for an undisclosed amount.
The Kansa-based company said the takeover by privately-held Mid Oaks would help it expand to “the next level”.
The company’s manufacturing capabilities include printing, solventless adhesive lamination, high-speed slitting, pouch making and converting. PTT employs approximately 200 people and has sites in Ohio as well as at its Kansas base.
