JBT FoodTech looks to reduce energy and maintenance load on Super Agi
FoodProductionDaily.com discussed the latest modifications to JBT FoodTech's Super Agi rotary sterilisation system at the recent IPA food processing show in Paris, with the global supplier explaining how its engineering team is looking to reduce the machine's energy consumption and maintenance load even further.
Ben Verbeeck, area sales manager JBT FoodTech, said that the company works in conjuction with food manufacturers, packaging suppliers and converters in terms of optimising the technology, which was shortlisted in the innovation competiton at the French event.
He explained that such colloboration has resulted in the extension of the Super Agi for use with increasingly sustainable types of packaging materials.
