DSM expands in Latin America

In a bid to reinforce customer relations in Latin America, the
dairy ingredients business unit of DSM Food Specialties' has
expanded its presence in Latin America with the opening of a new
sales and customer services office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In a bid to reinforce customer relations in Latin America, the dairy ingredients business unit of DSM Food Specialties' has expanded its presence in Latin America with the opening of a new sales and customer services office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Klaus Haslinger will be responsible for DSM Dairy Ingredients business activities in both South America and Central America. The task for Haslinger will be to continue to reinforce the focus of DSM's broad portfolio on key dairy ingredients.

The Dairy Ingredients Business Unit of DSM Food Specialties produces a range of dairy cultures and culture media as well as coagulants and other enzymes, preservation systems, colours and antibiotic residue tests.

This latest sales office opening joins other DSM Food Specialties activities across Latin America in Chile and Mexico.

DSM Food Specialties, a supplier of ingredients for the food and feedstuffs industries, is part of DSM, the life science group that has approximate annual sales of €6bn.
