Europe's biggest equipment shows, the IBA in Düsseldorf. This year
two branches of the company are displaying their latest
innovations.
The Hosokawa Confectionery & Bakery Group is currently attending one of Europe's biggest bakery equipment shows, the IBA in Düsseldorf. This year two branches of the company, Bepex from Leingarten and Kreuter from Hamburg, are displaying their latest innovations.
Among the items on show is a range co-extruding equipment with double rotary bars. The company believes that within this selection, the Formpress DDP is the ideal solution for producing centre-filled bakery products.
These machines, available in all capacity categories, are designed according to the company's modular assembly technique (MAT). This allows for the most different usages in a bakery plant.
A whole range of cutting machines complement the display of Bepex forming machines. This year, a slab cutting combination consisting of a strand cutting machine type SG 400S and a fanning machine are on show.
Each item of equipment can be tailored to each client and each product.
A variety of chocolate coatings are also on display. The company says that Hosokawa Kreuter is ideal for enrobing confectionery products, while the Chocoat Premium is a full three-shift chocolate enrober.
This includes design details such as tempered air curtains instead of simple radiators or a chocolate inlet below the chocolate level in the trough.
