The companies will collaborate on joint sales, marketing and service activities in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Spain, expanding VantagePoint's European presence to include the continent.

The alliance marks the latest in VantagePoint's strategy to develop a network of global partners specialising in information systems integration, implementation and development for the packaging industry.
