Tisma launches fast, flexible cartoner

Tisma has launched the latest in its range of high speed cartoners, the TC 600 which is a continuous motion horizontal loader.

Created with cutting edge design, Tisma says the machine offers speeds of up to 500 cartons per minute, heavy duty construction for around the clock operation and a stainless steel frame.

Popular applications for the equipment will include frozen food products, pasta, bag-in-box applications for cereals and trayed items such as cookies and crackers. The design also means that several unique product handling components can be incorporated into the equipment, including the company's versatile Flexo-Tray and Sequential Transfer collator.

The Flexo-Tray is a product control device for horizontal cartoning and the Sequential Transfer is a versatile system for collating products such as pouches, bags and cartons in single or multiple layers.

Tisma claims that the additional functionality of these two product handling components combine to make the TC600 one of the fastest and most flexible pieces of machinery in this category.
