Chicago-based Excalibur Pallet Group, a manufacturer of quality engineered paper pallets and other transport packaging products for the food and beverage industry, this week announced the introduction of its newly expanded product line.
The company claimed in a statement on Tuesday that the patented excalibur pallet combines the "best features of traditional pallets into one shipping platform".
The product line now features five performance categories: the Heavy Duty Rail (HDR), Medium Duty Rail (MDR), Light Duty Rail (LDR), Super-Light Duty Rail (SCR) and Ultra-Light Duty Rail (ULR). Each can be custom-configured to fit users' application requirements.
EPG also offers a Honeycomb Block (HCB) series as an alternative for lightweight transport applications.
The Excalibur Pallet is available in standard US and European sizes, and is also available in custom sizes.
