Gruppo Cerutti, the Italian packaging group, has acquired Bernal Technologies, the US company which operates in the same sector, according to a report in La Stampa.
Cerutti has forecast turnover of €250 million this year. Bernal currently holds a 51 per cent stake in the joint venture Bernal-Yawa, based in Shanghai.
