VantagePoint completes Avalon Software acquisition

acquisition of UK-based software developer Avalon Printing
Software.
VantagePoint Systems, a developer of business management software for the packaging industry, has completed its previously announced acquisition of UK-based software developer Avalon Printing Software.
Avalon will operate as a division of VantagePoint, focusing on penetrating the US $ 100 billion €101.5bn) folding carton and flexible packaging industries.

VantagePoint develops and markets business management software designed specifically for multi-plant packaging manufacturing companies.
Avalon Printing Software Limited is a UK-based software developer whose management has over 20 years experience in the development and installation of integrated management information systems, specifically for the folding carton and flexible packaging industry. Founded in 1999, Avaloncurrently has its software operating in over 30 packaging plants.
