Graviton, a US-based developer of wireless sensory information networks, has announced the signing of a joint sales and marketing agreement with Lang Manufacturing, a manufacturer of commercial and marine food service equipment. Lang and Graviton will jointly promote their complementary products and services to the food services industry.
Graviton's retail platform currently provides solutions for remote wireless food safety monitoring, energy monitoring, security and equipment performance monitoring. The equipment performance monitoring application will now be enhanced by integrating with Lang's various types of cooking equipment for additional functionality and ease of use for operators.

The company claims that its equipment can reduce operating costs and improve profitability by as much as 20 per cent.
