Viennoiserie specialist Brioche Pasquier Bakery has again approached hygienic flooring specialist Kemtile to get involved in the second phase of the refurbishment of its Milton Keynes facility.
French bakery Brioche Pasquier has reportedly sent legal notices to firms that use the name ‘Pitch’ in their branding, to protect one of its best-known products, a brioche called Pitch.

French baked goods company Brioche Pasquier invested heavily in
2002 after one of its production facilities was destroyed by a
fire. But the loss did not prevent the company from increasing
sales.
Two fires at production plants in the space of a year have dented
sales growth at industrial bakery group Brioche Pasquier, but the
company remains confident that normal service - and faster growth -
will be resumed very soon.
