Abbott has expanded its recently launched Curate snack brand with a new range of bars that is aimed at children and boasts “wholesome ingredients and kid-friendly flavors.”
Made with non-GMO ingredients, the bars are gluten-free and have no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. They contain four grams of protein and two grams of fiber, and have launched in five-packs with a recommended price of $4.99. They are available in three flavors:
Oatmeal & Chocolate Chunk with oats, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla and quinoa
Chocolate & Banana with chocolate, banana, almond butter and quinoa
Apple & Cinnamon with apple, cinnamon, cashews, almond butter and quinoa.
"We want to help parents win the snack time battle with great-tasting, on-the-go options that don't compromise on nutrition," said Daniel Marple, general manager, Nutritious Snacks, Abbott.
