Fuller Foods elevates cheese puffs with simple ingredients, grown-up flavors
Cheese puffs – a much loved childhood favorite – are growing up thanks to Fuller Foods, which makes Serious Cheesy Puffs with Bob’s Red Mill Corn and 100% real cheese in sophisticated flavors that appeal to adults, according to Jack Kuo, His Wholly Cheesiness of Fuller Foods. The line currently includes Asiago Black Pepper, Blue Cheese Jalapeno and Sriracha Cheddar for a bolder, brighter bite than competing products. Serious Cheesy Puffs also are baked and are free from GMOs, maltodextrin, adjuncts, colorants, preservatives and yeast to appeal to consumers who want simple ingredient decks. They are packed in standup kraft paper bags with a resealable zipper so they standout on shelves.
