While quinoa is popping up in everything from cereals to salads these days, one firm that's introduced it to the snacking arena with some panache is eatKeenwa.
The New Jersey-based firm - which has secured regional listings in a suite of big names from Whole Foods to Wegman’s, Albertsons, and Fairway’s, and is launching nationally at Ahold this fall - was founded by brothers Blake and Paul Niemann (pictured).
