BakeryandSnacks at IFT 2014
The BakeryandSnacks team are at IFT 2014 in New Orleans to bring you the latest food ingredients innovations, trends and educational insights from some of the biggest industry thought-leaders.
We will be attending key educational sessions from allergen and gluten-free development to nutritional fortification of foods and flours. We've got a raft of interviews lined up with executives and R&D heads from key players in the bakery, snack and cereal field and scheduled slots with leading industry analyst firms and trend-spotters.
We'll be filming videos at our booth (#3553), recording podcasts and jotting down notes to keep you up to date with everything you need to know from IFT 2014.
