Sealed Air
Sealed Air saw strong growth in AMAT and Latin America and modest growth in North America, according to its second quarter 2013 results.
Net sales were a total of $2.0bn. Adjusted EPS was $0.35 and adjusted EBITDA was $276.3m or 14.1% of net sales. On a reported basis, net income was $56.3m, or $0.26 per share.
"We delivered Adjusted EBITDA margin expansion on a year over year basis in our Food & Beverage and Institutional & Laundry divisions, offset by lower margin performance in Protective Packaging. Oursecond quarter results demonstrate the benefits we are experiencing from our pricing initiatives and focus on manufacturing and operational improvements," said Jerome Peribere, CEO, Sealed Air.
