What is it? “It’s an ice-cream cake on a stick by private label manufacturer Hacendado.”
What makes it so innovative? “It is an interesting take on how to target on-the-go consumers. They have created a handheld variant of traditional bakery goods. I think it’s a pretty interesting product considering most ready to eat cakes come in segments.”
