CSM bakery axe confirmed: Aim for mid-2013 divestment
Ingredients supplier CSM confirmed its decision to rid its European and US bakery businesses to reposition as a bio-based ingredients company.
It said it planned to divest by the first half of 2013. Brands on the block include Craigmillar, BakeMark and Baker & Baker.
The intended transformation was announced back in May, but the decision was finalized following an extraordinary general shareholders meeting in the Netherlands.
