In an effort to simplify the complex world of European food law the
UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has launched a new website to 'help
food law enforcers carry out their work more effectively and
easily'.

The convoluted world of UK and European food law has just got easier with the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) this week unveiling a new website portal to 'help food law enforcers carry out their work more effectively and easily'.

In an effort to simplify the complex world of European food law the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has launched a new website to 'help food law enforcers carry out their work more effectively and easily'.

Features of the new site​ include a guide to food law, with live links to the regulations. According to a statement this week, the food agency is also planning to launch a new section on imported food in the next few weeks, with information for consumers, food businesses, and enforcers.

A visit to the site from the FoodNavigator.com team revealed a relatively simple navigation design leading the way to comprehensive information on food hazard alerts, HACCP, audits, food sampling and approval.
