Milton Keynes-based Reiser, a leader in processing and packaging equipment for the food sector, is debuting at the Nantwich Cheese Show as part of its UK strategy to target the dairy industry.
Reiser, which offers a range of cheese processing and packaging solutions, will be exhibiting its Vemag 500 machine, which the company says is suitable for processing cheese products. The Vemag is a versatile machine which incorporates robust construction and reliability. It is a former, extruder, depositor and sheeter, designed to handle a wide range of hard and soft cheese products.
For the packaging sector, the company is planning to exhibit its fully automatic chamber Supervac 195 machine. This compact stainless steel model is suitable for use with laminate and shrink bags. The Supervac is suitable for packaging a range of perishable products, and is said to be ideal for cheese as it ensures a reliable seal resulting in longer product shelf life, and improved appearance.
