Ingredients firm to attend Eurocarne
Global ingredients giant Chr. Hansen is to attend Eurocarne, the 22nd International Exhibition of Meat and Meat Processing Industries. The event will be held in Verona, Italy, from 22 to 25 May 2003.
"We are launching our new Working Partnership stand at the exhibition," said Giampaolo Cagning, Chr. Hansen country manager for Italy.
"Exciting new products are always a mix of creativity and sound technological knowledge. We believe that working closely together with our customers is the ideal way to create new innovative solutions."
The company also intends to use the event to demonstrate a number of meat products.
"We have a cooked ham demo, where we will show the texture, flavour, and colour of sliced ham. At the salami demo you will learn how our technicians measure the pH level in salami," said Cagning.
Chr. Hansen also plans to hold an emulsified products demonstration.
Eurocarne promises to be an impressive event, and will be highly interactive. Visitors will be able to taste and compare different products over 63,000 square metres of showfloor space.
Over 500 companies are expected to attend. Meat processing, commercial refrigeration and distribution are just some of the topics that the event will cover.
